RESERVATION CAUTION
▷ A 10% discount is applied to customers who make advance reservations through the Lotte Hotel website or mobile app.
- Discounts cannot be combined with hotel membership benefits, partner vouchers, or buffet dining vouchers.
▷ Online reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
- If you change your reservation after online payment, please rebook after canceling your reservation.
▷ Child pricing applies to children aged 4 (49 months) to 12 years old (up to 6th grade of elementary school).
- As of 2026, guests born in 2013 or earlier will be charged the adult rate.
▷ Seating cannot be reserved in advance and will be assigned sequentially upon arrival.
▷ Breakfast service on weekends and public holidays is exclusively for hotel guests; reservations may be restricted.
▷ Use of a 12-seat private room requires a minimum guaranteed party of 10 adults and an additional charge of KRW 50,000.
